BOOKING APPOINTENTS INFORMATION

We kindly ask you to inform us of your treatment wishes at the time of your room reservation or before your arrival. For organisational reasons, we are not always able to fulfil treatment requests that are only made on site - especially in the case of short stays. Missed treatments are considered administered and cannot be made up for. You can obtain individual advice and appointment information at the SPA reception desk every day, either in person or by phone on +49(0)9708 78820 or by e-mail under spa@kunzmanns.de.

 
CHECK-IN AT THE KUNZMANN'S SPA

We recommend that you arrive at the SPA reception desk 5 to 10 minutes before the agreed appointment. If you are late, this will shorten your treatment time. We ask for your understanding that, in consideration of the next guests, we will punctually adhere to the beginning and end of the treatment time.

 
CANCELLATION

If you are unable to attend an appointment, please cancel it at least 24 hours in advance by telephone or e-mail, otherwise you will be charged the full amount of the booked application. Please remember: The appointment has been specially reserved for y

 
CLOTHING

The best way to treat yourself is to wear a bathrobe and bath shoes. Swimwear is mandatory in the bathing area, whereas the sauna paradise is a textile-free zone.

 
BATH TOWELS BATHROBES

We care about the environment, that's why you won't find any towels or bathrobes. However, you are welcome to request fresh towels at the reception. We will be happy to help you.

 
COMMUNICATION

We want you to feel really comfortable with us and really enjoy your treatment! Please tell your therapist what you want, whether the temperature is right, whether the massage grips are too firm or too weak or whether you want a different volume or no music. Also be sure to inform us about any special medical conditions (allergies, pregnancy etc.).

 
CHILDREN/TEENAGERS

Children and teenagers under 16 years are not allowed in the fitness room and sauna paradise. Our SPA & Wellness area is a place of peace and quietness. Thank you for your understanding.

 
FOOD & BEVERAGE

In our sauna area and at the Spa reception you can help yourself free of charge of the vitalised Grander water and a selection of tea. Further drinks, coffee specialities or meals are available on request in the fireplace lounge/bar. 

 
CONSIDERATION

+ Please take a shower before swimming, sauna and treatment.
+ Please sit or lie down on a bath towel in all saunas (except steam bath)!
+ The wellness area is a place of rest and relaxation. Out of consideration for other guests we ask you to refrain from using mobile phones, laptops and tablets as well as loud entertainment.
+ The entire wellness area is non-smoking area.
+ We would like to point out emphatically that the reservation/occupation of relaxation loungers in the bathing and sauna area with bathing utensils is not permitted! We ask for your understanding that our employees are entitled, in the interest of all guests, to vacate unused but \"occupied\" deckchairs!
+ In order to avoid injuries we ask you not to take any bottles, glasses or cans into the changing, shower or bathing area.
